How It Works:

Step 1: Signup

Click on the pickup and delivery button, and you will be redirected to our partner website, HappyNest. You can create an account through the website, app, or by calling customer service. Once your account is established, you will receive notifications of deliveries, photos, and estimated delivery times, which are very similar to those of other nationally known delivery service providers. You will also see where your laundry is during the wash, dry, and fold process.

Step 2: Pricing

There is a flat rate of $29.95 per bag plus a $2.99 service fee. Each HappyNest (our partner website) laundry bag holds approximately 22 lbs.

Step 3: Pickup Guide

For your first pickup, Our friendly and professional team will arrive at your doorstep at the designated time to collect your laundry items. We ask that you please use your own bags, whether it be a kitchen bag or a fabric equivalent. Please clearly label them with your name and “HappyNest” so our drivers can easily recognize them. You will be billed using a 22-pound weight to determine the number of bags.

Step 4: Expert Cleaning

Rest assured that your garments are in expert hands. Additionally, our skilled team uses top-quality products and techniques to ensure your laundry receives the utmost care and attention it deserves.

Step 5: Drop-off Guide

The next day, we will return your clean laundry with two professional HappyNest laundry bags. These bags will be used for future orders without consideration for weight. Each bag you put out is $29.95.

Step 6: Convenient Delivery

Make sure you have notifications turned on in your account so you can receive reminders and alerts based on your preferences. Our drivers start driving the routers at 7 a.m. and may continue making pickups and drop-offs into the evening. On days you are expecting a visit from HappyNest, we will notify you by email, text, or through the HappyNest app. (Depending on your preferences.) Please be aware that our drivers use company phones for driving. So, for any issues with deliveries or orders, please contact HappyNest customer service to expedite a resolution.
