What are your hours?
6am-10pm. Last load in by 9:00 pm. Last load means all washers are started by 9:00 pm. If they are started by this time, it gives you plenty of time to wash, dry, and be out by 10:00pm.
What time are attendants there if I need someone to help me if I have a question or a problem?
Our staff is there from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm seven days a week.
How long does it take to wash and dry?
Our front-loading washers take as little as 23 minutes. Our high efficiency gas dryers can have your clothes dried in 35 minutes or less. You can have all your laundry completed in under an hour.
How much do your washers and dryers cost?
Our washes as small as 3 loads and as large as 10 loads. Our dryers are 45lb and 75lb sizes. By combining your laundry into a larger machine it costs you less per pound and saves you money.
What are your “busy days”?
eek are Saturday and Sunday. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the least crowded days.
What are my payment options?
Our store gives you the ability to pay with quarters or debit/credit card. We have an ATM, change machine, a free app or you can tap to pay at our counter.
Wash & Fold FAQ
What are your wash and fold hours?
8 AM – 8 PM, seven days a week.
What type of detergent and softener do you use?
We use only premium laundry scented and unscented products. These are concentrated versions Tide, gain, and All Free & Clear, Downey and Downey Free & Clear. Our dryer sheets include Bounce, Gain, and Free & Clear. All supplies are included with the service. Customers can also provide their own products as well. Let us know your preferences and we can save it to your account.
Do you pretreat?
We do pretreat when stains are brought to our attention. We can guarantee pretreating will remove stains.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order size. However, there is a $20 minimum fee.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
We always keep our customers laundry separate from other orders.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
We do not offer dry cleaning
Pickup & Delivery FAQ
When do you offer pick up and delivery?
We offer pick-up and delivery service seven days a week.
What is the turnaround time for pick up and delivery?
Laundry picked up will be returned the next day.
Is there a minimum order?
There are no minimum orders. There is a minimum pickup fee depending on what type of account you choose.
How much does pick up and delivery cost?
Residential customers rates are $32.95 for flat rate bags. Commercial customers rates are $1.80 per pound.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your Laundry in a convenient location. Our drivers will pickup and deliver in that location and you will receive photos similar to Amazon.

Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Our service is customizable for your needs when you sign up. You can set laundry preferences. This informs our staff of what type detergents, softeners, water temps, dryer temps and any special folding or hanging instructions.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend residential customers use 13 gallon trash bags for your first pickup. This makes pricing clear. Each bag is $32.95. Larger bags are ok as well. We will adjust the pricing as needed based on the size of the bag. Commercial customers can use any bag they want. Commerical is priced per pound. Follow on orders for both residential and commercial will receive professional laundry bags free as part of the service.
Do you provide laundry bags?
We do! After your second order both residential and commercial customers will receive professional laundry bags free as part of the service.
